In TN, you can get a knee down while ripping around a right hander dodging a giant water buffalo gathering her mail while sporting a fetching purple moo moo.
Mmmmmmm. Tennessee. http://www.incorrect.org/coppermine/...5_1280_061.JPG |
i havent on at least two points, #1 the roads around here dont support it. #2 i usually ride in jeans and therefore tend to pull my knee in slightly when leaning further
|
either one if there are any takers... but was refering to osp
yeah that was a scary ride, i dont know what scared me more, the two christmas hams she was hidding in her moomoo or the tiny dog that was behind her that looked like it would be slippery at 50mph... Trip, the knee down thing is what you were doing when the cop went by.... :leaving: |
Every chance I get. Which isn't very fucking often in FL.

Track yes, but certainly not every turn. I see a lot of people that are so focused on touching down their puck that they'll take stupid lines and lose corner speed.
Street no. I know it's been damn close about 1000x over, but no street scuffs. I also don't stick my leg way out in my turns on the road - I don't like the idea of being way out there when suddenly there's gravel on the road. |

nope... I will... not worried about it though... need to focus on leaving red lights first

first touched down track day # 3 and now pretty consistently.. my biggest issue last year was my legs were out of shape and it felt like someone was stabbing knives into them when i got off the bike.. i am fixing that issue right now.. no worries come spring.. i am already well into being in 1,000x better shape this year and gaining momentum..

with a 26" inseam, if I get my knee down, the bodywork is draggin as well. My riding style isn't such that I put my knee out, I tuck it in.
I'm good with that. |
