Right on. It would've been better if someone famous would've been arrested and then the law overturned and that person freed. THAT would've made for some good TV.

It really isn't that big a deal. About the only thing that will end up being changed (assuming this either doesn't go to, or is upheld by the Supreme Court) will be fleeting obscenities. You may hear more accidentally broadcast swearing from live, unscripted events and NBA games may end up not operating on a delay anymore but it won't affect much more than that.
