That's rhetorical, I hope the judge throws the lawsuit out. I never understood why we are supposed to care about who the Kardashians are. I never heard of them before their reality show or whatever it is, don't give a rats ass about what they do and wish they would STFU and go away. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt before, but this nonsense just proves how petty and materialistic they are, or at least one of them is.

Personally, I never saw any of those ads and thought it was Kardashian or even noticed a resemblance, tho I did find the dress one where they are singing really friggin creepy. :lol:
