There is a better place in town to take ocean shots...but you have to ride through downtown touristy areas which I HATE!. :td:

yeah I hear ya... I saw a lot of really cool areas to take pics on my trip... but the weather didn't cooperate...

kinda pissed I didn't take more pics... but ehh it'd have taken forever to setup the tripod and get everything right... I just wanted to get through certain area's... especially on the LONG days...

next trip my days are gonna be short... I've proven to myself I can do the Iron butt... but I want pics... so nothing over 500 miles next time... time to stop and get lots of pics if the opportunity arises...

Maybe my recent track ride on a race prepped motard and new desire to grab one and do a race or two a weekend on it has influenced my decision :cheers:

I'm telling you, mini-motard endurance racing is the shit. It's the second most fun you can have while wearing leather.

I probably have about 50 pics from that weekend alone, I'll post up a couple more when I get the CD. (I requested that the one I entered get e-mailed to me so I could enter it)
