2010 MV Augusta F4

not sure i care for the slight visual tweeks. i know its a timeless design but damn, its time for a fresh sheet already

Yawn.

Wow, it is amazing that people blame the japs for their bikes all looking the same.
FAIL |
They could have changed the entire bike as long as they left the exhaust alone. Instead they changed the exhaust and left everything else the same.:idk:

ehh.....
doesn't move me. |

MV's onwership is still in limbo.....wonder if there will BE a 2010 for them

Personally I think the quad-exhaust thing had gotten rather stale (along with undertails in general). Especially when you consider that it's a four-cylinder, so it only has one pipe leading into that huge muffler. If it was a v-twin at least it would have 2 pipes leading into it, making those 4 tips appear more "justified" from a visual perspective.
Give it a low-slung side-exit exhaust, a thinner tail that doesn't look like the Starship Enterprise, and a less bulky lower fairing, and we might have something. |
Best looking bike ever, too bad I can't afford one.
|
I like the bike for the most part BUT not better than the previous model.
I just can't justify the price to own one. They had one at the local dealership this past summer that retailed for around $25k that was being offered for $17k and some change but that's still more than I want to put into a sportbike...or should I say 'afford' to put into a sportbike. |
A guy I knew from school picked one up as a graduation present to himself 2 years back (or maybe it was last year..damn time flies).
I thought the fasteners for the bodywork was pretty cool. |
