FWIW, I had a scratch in my tank of my ZX-10R (it came off the showroom floor like that, grrr). I had it buffed out at a body shop for $25 and you couldn't even tell it was there when they were finished. So, that tank scratch is probably no big deal.

I can appreciate that. I could ride a rigid on the street and be fine with it. Different strokes. Still, IMO there is less "wrong" with riding a factory equipped bike like a poser than that SV. If you are going to try and turn a budget sportish-cruiser into superbike by tossing parts equal to or greater than bike's value at it, you damn sure better well ride it. |
