That's exactly what I was think'n too... I could get away with the saddle bags with out even expanding them. I had my laptop in my tail bag, or i'd have put my rain gear and my sleeping bag/pillow in that.

yeah the camping in AR sucked... and not getting a good nights rest then riding 900 miles was fuck'n torture.
plus all the shit strapped to my bike just unnerved me. I'd rather just have the bags... nothing on the outside... the other nice thing with the hotels are most have laundry facilities... so that means less packing as you can wash shit. and I know I feel better when I get to shower daily |
