I have heard that is common in Europe. An old riding buddy used to travel with a "bike seat" with his kids in Germany

I will have to take a baby pic like tha tof him in th ehard bags on the priller. Or I coul dbungee cord him to the back seat, but that may make the cops come to my house and ask a lot of questions :lol:
