that 250 looks pretty good with the fairings off... you should consider keeping it that way...

fully motard wouldn't make a good commuter bike, hence why I want this:

depending on if Andrea decides to ride or not, this may be reality next season for me. Otherwise I will be commuting on a new 250.

I still think that anyone bigger than a 3rd grader would snap that sub frame as soon as they sat on it... it needs supports BAD

are you in north ga near augusta i saw a red 250 on the interstate fri when i left the dmv off exit 5 i know there are a million rolling around but if you are lets get up and ride we do clarks hill a lot and there are a million roads through there with decent twisties

Thanks, yeah I was considering not even putting them back on when I took them off the first time and with that crack in the upper fairing I dont think it would hurt. Just dont know if it would hurt resale if/when I sell it :idk:

Sure thing man. Im trying to get my mom comfortable with me riding it on the roads right now so Ill let u know once Im able to actually ride it :lol: Im near Chattanooga so I'm quite a ways from Augusta.

I rode my little whore down to BBW in Myrtle beach it was a lot of fun but i'm at FT Gordon so we have a bunch of people always riding and may head out that way shit we might ride to the gap one of these days don't know yet it's in our plans but good luck we are def going to columbia to see a old co worker who's back problems will not allow him to do the longer treks anymore so we're jus going to columbia to ride with him for a day nway

yeah, I am not going to do exactly that, but I am doing something similar. I will do a different tail depending on what I can find in good condition in the salvage yard. I just need to get settled into the new house and get that all off the ground before I start this project.
