I'll be in Wichita Falls, TX in April. Anybody know of any track days going on around that area? Or within a few hours from there?

Personal preference.. I'd recommend steering clear of any day hosted by RideSmart.

What's the member days all about? Cars?

Depends on the track. Sometimes they run alternating car/bike sessions... I'm not a member so I can't really speak to it. I can tell you that they're geared toward members, thus not open to the public - you can go if you're a guest of the member (usually with a fee, still) and are on the right # of wheels (car vs bike).
