Gettin' a new bike...

I've been debating on whether I should get a Triumph Tiger 800xc for a while, then the Super Tenere came out. I rode it this morning and it's pretty gnarly. I didn't get to play in the dirt, but I've seen videos showing that it is perfectly capable. I'm really diggin' the big twin, and the fact that it doesn't feel big when you're riding it. I played with ABS and the different fuel maps, both work great. Didn't get to play with traction control, but then again, it was a demo ride. Probably shouldn't drop it...

Anyway, contingent on the fact that I can find a black one in a 300 mile radius, I should have one come April. Bash plate and crash bars are already on the list. I guess the only other thing I could think I would want at this point is a nice luggage set, and I've pretty much made my mind up on the Givi Trekker set.

Lastly, I need a Sena SMH10... unless anyone else has a better suggestion.

YAY HAPPY FUN TIME!

If you get serious about the Sena, let me know. I'm thinking about selling mine since no one else has it around here. I have it and 3 headsets I'd sell.

Wow, looks like a great bike! (although I'm sure a lot of that also has to do with the skill of the rider)

Won't be doin' much of that... I don't think anyway...

Then again, it did look pretty fun.

Heard of Catanese before. Pretty good rally rider.

Not a big fan of all that drifting, but the stair work and jumping those embankments was pretty cool...

Not necessarily you, Kyle but a lot of guys I know have ditched their crotch rockets and bought these types of bikes because of "safety" and a fear of crashing. I guess I'm not sure how shooting down a two track at 80+ mph with trees within inches of your bars can be considered "safe"? :boobs:
