I am 6'4 and around 250, would those fit with gear on?

Mine are XL's as well I'm 6'3 190 and they didn't bunch even a little with all my gear on under.

could be motivation for me to loose weight LOL. I would realy just need it to go over my mesh jacket as my textile is waterproof, or so its supposed to be. And the pants I could get over a pair of cargo pants and prolly my leathers. my textile pants are kinda bulky.

You know what, if theyre not spoken for I will take them.

I wore them over my leather jacket with back protector... and textile pants that I had over jeans and shin/knee armor... like I said...didn't bunch at all...

the only issue I had was my feet getting soaked... I'm gonna invest in some booties... cheap and man nothing will make you cold like cold wet feet...

true, that and something to cover the gloves. I want to make sure all bases are covered for the rally in may. Way too far from home to be cold wet and miserable.
