Buell vs Versys
 

What is your guys take on this idea:

trading my 2008 1125R w/ 3k miles for a new 2009 Kawi Versys?

it would more then likely be a straight trade, i would want them to throw some farkles on the versys, min. crash cage and panners

Versys ftw, then we can add some dirt to the trip

but whats ur opinion with the deal, is it worth it

dont know whats the kbb value of each, what are buells going for?

they are seemingly going for $5,500

from what I hear... the Versys is a phenomenal bike. other than the looks I haven't heard a bad word about them.

are you sure you're ready to say goodbye to the sport bike? that's the biggest question.


as far as the deal... if the above answer is yes... then as long as you're comfortable and happy with it... then sounds like a good deal to me

and from what i have read is that the versys was not that bad of a bike

like I said... I've not heard nothing bad about it... but it's not a SS... and I know how you ride drewp :lol:
