In Md at least, they are street legal but not...

In Md at least, they are street legal but not freeway legal. Bike has title and can be tagged in MD, can't speak for FLA. Up to about 50 it'll outperform your average econobox.....

Plastics are the older, stronger heavyweight ABS....not the thin crap on new bikes.....

Perfect bike for new, smaller rider...just did fluid and tune up; brand new tires with 0 miles on them. 3100 miles on bike.

6 speed tranny, pulls 11,500 rpm in 6th (about 62-63 mph) watercooled...
