I still dont buy it. 180 sidewall height is 4mm...

I still dont buy it. 180 sidewall height is 4mm taller. A 190 on a 5.5 rin versus a 6.0 rim wont change the height of the time by much at all. If anything they are probably closer to the same but...

What? A 180/55/17 is taller than a 190/50/17.

55% of 180 is 99mm. 50% of 190 is 95mm, so the 180 is a taller tire.
