I could've sworn someone already posted this but can't find it.

There's a Toyota plant where I live and they're doing rolling layoffs for the first time in a loooong time. Friends that work at the plant have to take two weeks unpaid off over the holidays and then they're going to a 4 day week. But they still have a job.
