Most you can do is 10-20% on the sides and rear IIRC. None at all on the front. Somehow my truck passes each year, and it has hideously dark tint on the rear. Can't see shit out of it at night. As if backing that beast around wasn't difficult enough... I hate it, but it's a pain to scrape all that garbage off.
