had the receipt, actually. but yeah, i was going to do the switch , right then and there. i dont wait a couple days either, i would have done it in the parking lot and walked right back in. been done before, it will happen again. only reason i did not is because i did have the receipt, sony would honor the warranty, these fucks would not honor it without a photocopy of it! at least microsoft keeps records of that shit by model number.
