Texas Pete's Hot Buffalo sauce... soaked for about a half hour, then on the grill... re-dipped every 5 minutes for 45min... a little drizzled on the top and cooked for another ~10 minutes. It's a pain in the ass and it fucks up your girll, but damnit the shit's good!
