the only way your seat should come off in a wreck is if you busted the plastic in the seat or tweaked the subframe... our seats are pretty solidly mounted.
They might have changed that for 07 because where you're pointing I have 2 plastic studs that just fit into the back of the seatpan or whatever you call it..

Besides that, here are some shots of when I kept the rubber side down..
