Back in July they had the new Lithium drill for $99 (marked down from $199) and you get the impact free with rebate.
I think it's mixed reviews on the drill since its an auto speed switcher.
Also, before you pay the high price of the new lithium batteries, check your local yellow pages. Battery joints are popping up that can swap out the Ni batt packs to Lithium. Don't konw what the going rate it is, but you'd then just need to buy the Lithium charger.
