The guy is just trying to make the point that illegals are a problem. I dont think they expect it to actually become a law, just to make headlines and get folks like us to talk about it.
I can't stand behind this law because it is way out there. And yes it is exactly what the original framer intended, that all their kids who were born in the US automatically became citizens.
Now, I can also stand behind what smittie said about kids becoming wards of the state
