Trip, why do you think I was putting the guy down for riding on the track or being harsh about his ability? I'm pretty sure all I said was that the guy couldn't hit an apex... which is true... and I don't really understand so harsh about that.
I wasn't critiquing his riding because he's riding a liter bike, I was critiquing his riding BECAUSE IT'S MY JOB. I'm an instructor, that's what I do & it's what I've been doing for years, now. Maybe it was someone else's post that you're reacting to, but it seems as though you're getting a little worked up over me pointing out what the guy needs to work on. If you're getting all worked up about me pointing out someone ELSE'S mistakes (that WE can learn from, no less) then how are you gonna take constructive criticism from an instructor yourself & improve your own riding?
I mean... the PURPOSE of this thread was to say that going fast is all in the rider's ability & not in the bike, right?
