OSP, The punisher, Hydrant, Cutty, and everyone else who has a V-twin do not actually count because they aren't on Harleys.
Marko, Drewpy, and Tommy can't go even though their V-twins are made by harley, they don't actually live the V-twin lifestyle established henceforth in the official V-twin lifestyle guidebook handed out when you buy a harley and a leather vest, you need not actually own both to get the book, just not showering for a week and getting a leather vest should be good enough. Also you must go pretty much straight, any turns at anything faster than a snails pace will force you to start scraping shit on the floor which will eventually cause your bandana to burst into flames because your chrome got scratched.
