You don't yell fire in a theatre.
You don't say "bomb" at the airport.
If you're a politician, you don't even say the word assassination, let alone make jokes, or veiled suggestions about the assassinations of politicians.
It's EXACTLY the same thing, and it is NOT protected speech.
