Your shopping list sounds exactly like mine though.  The fz6r was in the top 4 or 5 on my list. I decided to go with its suzuki class rival in the GSXF. I decided I wanted more touring capability, and the fz6r is just a tad small for my frame. Im not a small guy....  Waiting for the dealer to call me back right now for the suzi.
