Honestly? The only thing I've ever been ticketed for on a bike was 'Failure to Signal a Lane Change'. Get this, though- I was over a mile ahead of the cop (who chased me out of his jurisdiction), riding into the Arizona sunset, with mini short stalk blinkers.
In court, the cop testified that he couldn't remember what kind of motorcycle I was on, what color it was, which direction I was going, or where I was when he saw me, but he was confident that if I had used my blinker
he would have seen it. The judge believed him and stuck me with the ticket. That was about five years ago.
I figured out a long time ago that it was easier to just obey the law and not have to worry about it.
