I'm ALMOST a little surprised it passed tech, but I'm also not... usually we like to have the fairing stays/subframes covered up by bodywork... but it doesn't look like there's any real risk of serious injury if someone were to get hit by it.
Though if it were the same TD organization as the one that "employed" the CR that hit you.... maybe they just kinda turned a blind eye to it
That's pretty ridiculous that a CR would hit you.... As someone that's "in the business", that's a TD organizer's PR NIGHTMARE and the LAST thing that should ever happen. I'm really glad to hear you weren't seriously injured.
