Seen hotter and their talent far outweighs what any jackass thinks might be a distraction.
All boners aside (to be spanked later) I'd fire the manager if he let her go based on looks.
Talent comes in all shapes and sizes. As a manager you create the environment that's going to maximize the potential of your employees. Looks should never be a metric.
That being said, I love eye candy in the office. Right now we are down to just two hotties on the floor, however its all business.
at the very least it inspires employees to come to work on time. reduced sick days FTW!!
