Resort @ Copperhead CONTEST

After a show of vandalism at the Lodge last week where the motorcycles on both the logos at the entrance to the Lodge were destroyed - it got Big A and I to thinkin' about the logo.

In the end, we've decided to scrap the old one and design a NEW logo for The Resort @ Copperhead.

Rules of the Road:

1. We are a resort destination for enthusiasts - both motorcycle and car

2. We want to showcase our location in the Appalachian mountains

3. We need a logo "mark" (think Nike swoosh or HD Bar & Shield) for our website and collateral, and a more detailed logo for T-shirts and such

4. We could also use a bad ass slogan - we have a few in mind, but new ideas never hurt

Contest:

1. Entries should be emailed JPEG format (EPS available) to michelle@thecycleresort.com

2. We will post all submissions on our currently "under construction" website for everyone to see and place their vote

3. The winner will be announced on January 1, 2010 during our New Years Party (Do not have to be present to win)

Here's the BEST part - the WINNER will receive a free weekend (room and tax) at The Lodge as a thanks for their contribution!! If we receive more than 20 submissions, we will also award second place with a prize.

Please post this on your forums, or distribute via your email lists to get the word out to as many as possible.
