Sweet deal. I was going to place an order with them anyway. I'll throw a pair of those in the cart!

No thanks, I'll spend a hell of a lot more to protect my hands better.

Good enough for my 10 minute ride to work, I says.

for 5 bucks, theyre gd for something.

i prefer armored as well, but if u just have to spend money to feel safe thats retarded. the gloves i use most have armored knuckles, fingers, triple stitched, full gauntlet, etc. most importantly they fit. 5 bucks. those sold out quick tho

I have Teknic Lightning gloves right now but I'm thinking about the Teknic Violators or the Speedstars. Anyone have any experience with these two gloves? Speedstars are kangaroo palm, whereas the violators are cowhide. I'm leaning towards the roo gloves as they're only $25 more.
Violator

Speedstar
I'd go Speedstar, as the roo leather is a bit better and they have a bit more protection.

The gloves came today. They aren't bad for short commutes as far as protection goes. I wouldn't recommend them for any serious riding. They are comfortable and stick to my grips really well, but don't have any kind of padding or armor to speak of.
