D'oh- can't believe I didn't tell you about it. It's basically the Ninja 650R stripped with exactly the same engine and frame. I like it except for that droopy headlight. The P-twin is great! Great bottom pull and midrange.

So the p-twin is similar in it's power delivery as a v-twin? The sound too?
I love the power delivery and sound of my SV.....

![]() ![]() I know I was considering a street or speed, but I'd have to lower one and well, everyone pretty much knows how I feel about lowering bikes. I still have yet to sit on one. It's still on my list of considerations, I just added the Kawi to the list.

No, a Kawi 250 sounds like a lawnmower. Mine doesn't, but it's 30 years old with a 4 into 1 megaphone. ![]() |

The ER6n was released in Europe first and then followed by the ER6f (aka American Ninja 650r). Since that America is infatuated with either cruisers or sportbikes, Kawasaki decided to release the Er6f/Ninja 650r first and then the naked version this year.
Parallel twin's power delivery is similar to V-twin except that the exhaust would sound a little more growly than thumpy.
