Can motos get in the hov? Do yall get tags for the hov. I think in dallas you just get in it. I do wonder what happens i u have passengers in the back but no passenger in the front. Also a toddler in the back.

Yeah maybe...but they are usually segregated off by double yellows, which makes a nice path for splitting the lane.
