For those who would charge the guy......Are you saying there's really that big of a difference between a 17-y/o and an 18 y/o guy? The law says its cool if he was 16 or 17, but all of a sudden when he becomes 18 you'd charge him? Pretty retarded IMO.

Let me ask you something, what percent of 16-y/o girls do you think are still virgins? Maybe 50% at the most?
