Dog all the way. Nothing can take it's place. Caged pets are cute and all but after a while you may as well have gotten some fish instead. Don't get me wrong, ferrets can be fun but they also can be lost. Get a dog and either get off your butt and walk it or get off your butt and put up a fence (or a radio collar).

Send her over to see my ferrets, she'll change her mine...

I've got 2: Bonnie & Clyde. As long as you keep the litter box cleaned and them bathed or spritzed, low to no odor, and you can add things to their water to completely descent them...and they chase the dog all over the house, they're a riot...

If no ferret...um...one of those flying squirrel things, but they can be mean if not handled alot.

gerbil. Low on biting and its a desert critter so it doesnt really pee and its poop is low on moisture and stink

For fuck sake, forget the fucking dogs. I can't take care of one properly right now and I am not going to force her to when she doesn't want one. I am not a person to get an animal and then be a poor owner. Fuck off with the fucking dogs.

I don't want the dog roaming the house when no one is home. I like my stuff nice.
