Or, better yet - remove the ones the oem put in and hook the new ones. While we were at the dealer for service the person ahead of us had their new thick rubber mats over the top of the carpet mats that came with their truck.

They come with a hook in the floor, and a hole in the mat to secure them. Just too dumb to use it.
