Once you're moving, it's fine. You don't really feal the sun beaming down on you when you're stopped either. Proly because of the thick leather. It's no way near as bad as standing in the bright sun in a black t-shirt. That shit'll still give you a sun burn even know you're wearing a t-shirt, you know?

Jacket - Leather: First Gear - It's very heavy and hot...but very cheap
Jacket - Textile: n/a Jacket - Mesh: Joe Rocket Mesh, great super hot jacket, like the perf'd leather on the shoulders and sleeves Pants - Textile: JR Alter Ego pants. Great overpant, well ventilated and durable Helmet: HJC - Loud and hot. Shark RSR2 - great ventilation, good anti-fog, visor can be tough to raise Gloves - Leather: First Gear - decent gloves, minimal hard protection Gloves - Mesh: Cortech Accelerator - perf'ed gloves with armour on knuckles and fingers, very good glove Gloves - Weather/Winter: none worth mentioning Boots: Diadora sport touring - great for day trips when your off the bike some.
