so there is no chance of getting this shindig done on a sunday huh. lots of people...especially people who work at or own a motorcycle dealership or shop work saturdays. from what i saw on sofla you've only got 15 people confirmed...hardly warrants renting out a pavillion and having it catered. bet you do it on a sunday there would be way more people involved. the last 3 bbq's were all on sundays and had well over 75 people. just a suggestion

Curb .. As some would say I am just trying to step up and try to prepare and organize somethng that you all had in prior yrs maybe even bring it back on a quarterly basis ( i know i might be pushing that but its worth a try )..
You are 100% correct when you say that the last 3 bbq have been on sunday and they been a great turn out .. I have a poll out on sofla hopefully others can also see that sundays are better .. and your right that im not setting something up for just 15 people and renting a pavillion or catering I personnally dont give a shit when we do it other than fathers day ..I just want to meet new people that enjoy the same things i do |

Indulgence is going to cater the SoFla picnic?
I thought Tony banned Bicho? That doesn't count for picnics?  Can I just pay for the pavilion and beer? I'll bring my own food. I'm not a fan of the "smoked Newsprint" flavor and their hot sauce gives me the runs. Will there be Tofu for the Mrs? What if I lock my keys in the car? Will there be a locksmith available?
