Yeh but at least tell me when I call and ask, each time I've called they have told me that its in stock and will ship on XXX date arriving on YYY date then I get a confirmation email. YYY date comes and passes no package so I call again and get the same line. This was the 4th time I was told it would ship by the end of the week and I should get it next week so I cancelled. I've never ordered anything from sears before and I never will
