No, this is the stars and bars. The x flag is a naval/battle flag adopted by some groups of the army and navy. It was apart of the second and third flag, but it was only a corner of it like the star field on the us flag.

It isn't really pride........It's more "chip on their shoulder"

They know that the South will always be second-place in terms of money, power, influence, culture, art, and just about everything else........They'll never admit it, but even the dumbest of them know it...

Used to see rebel license plates all the time when I'd drive thru Ohio.
