Default Ooops....wrong jacking point gone wrong

http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/b...cU9s2mNnnR6HEP

If you don't know where to put the jack...then don't put it anywhere.

Use the lip or on the C-channel frame next time.

damn dude...pay attention to your own posts.
The jack failed (or they didn't lock the hydraulics).
Had nothing to do with the mount point.

yeah..i know i'm just as guilty for not reading my own posts

I don't think so...if they didn't lock the hydraulics, the thing wouldn't have lifted in the first place. I think it slipped from where they put it up under the bumper or it crushed through.

Of course they are going to say the jack failed silly.

"She was later give a summons for failure to yield."

So she caused the accident and then had the stones to yell at rescue workers (albeit stupid ones)?

From the time the guy with the chocks walks past and the time they start using the jack, I dont think the chocks were in place.
