Mini owners wave at each other. In fact, on the Mini-owners forum they have a Nice tactic each month. Yeah, the waving thing is not new, nor is it limited to Vettes, Jeeps and bikes.

Any car that is even remotely unique you will have wavers. I've had the index finger wave and the full on smiling and waving like a lunatic before.

so maybe it's just a matter of here lately someone finally waved at fnfalman.................................oops did i say that out loud.

yeah I have a Wrangler, it did surprise me at first to have other Wrangler owners wave. You get used to it.
