Nice, I was looking at that shoei actually. Caster I believe? but in blue.

Now I think I'm going to try to pick up a X-11 on closeout.

What model Arai is the hubby's?

I am so glad I finally got it. I know there are probably still plenty left but since the new model does not come in that design I did not want to miss out!

Yeah, mine is the Caster.

Hubby's is the Corsair V I believe...Edwards - red.

Tried it out today...LOVE IT!

Aside from the soft interior, the two things I noticed most when riding was that is was quiet (versus my Scorpion EXO-700) and the vents on the forehead are AWESOME! It was not super hot today but I can already tell when it does get hot they are going to help a lot. Super happy.

So are you saying that the under $400 Shoei helmet is BETTER than the Scorpion? Congrats kid! I'm really glad that you finally got what you wanted.
