Default Did he really just add that to his bike? Why yes I did.

Check this out. I think this is pretty damn unique lol. I wish i could of added it to the June POTM Contest.

So i decided to add a 12V cigarette outlet to my bike to plug things into. Well i shopped on the internet for one and they all cost about 50 bucks.... so i went to Advance Auto Parts and bought all the pieces i would need.... Cigarette lighter, Fuses, Fused wire, extra Wiring and Connectors(male and female) and some electrical tape. For a grand total of $23 dollars with parts to spare. I suck at taking pictures of projects so yea bear with me lol.

Taking the ole back end off to get to the innards.

Finished Installing the 12V hook up.

Try and guess what im doing...

Yea Im playing the Game Cube lol.

It was the first thing i thought of when thinking of what i could hook up to the 12V lol. I wish i could of added it to the POTM thread. Can i maybe have a late submission lol.

Yea thats what i installed it for. I have ordered a Tom Tom Rider 1 GPS for 45 bucks on ebay with a 90 day warranty so im thinking it must be good. I have also gotten an A/C inverter with a USB plug in it so i can plug almost anything in as in my phone,GPS,Radar,MP3 and the video camera i ordered. Its the Drift XC170. Cant wait to get some Video with that sucker.

One question how can i have my connections all hooked up to the battery without it killing the Battery? Will i need a junction box or an "on-off" switch that goes in between it or something?
