I like it. I've had good and bad sake; it's a great difference between the two in flavor and potency. I have to be in the right mood for it though - I usually get some if I'm at a teppanyaki style restaurant.

Troof.

The stuff they cook with is CRAP... the whole "mo sake, mo happay" quote came from a chef at a teppanyaki type place; we had a huge group there for a birthday dinner, and he was giving us all shots from the bottle of sake he cooked with. It was CRAP (and it was room temperature), but he kept feedin it to us. Then he'd yell "MO SAKE, MO HAPPAY!!!!" and take a shot himself.

Sake is not fit for human consumption....now, if you ever needed to strip rust off the hull of a battleship or something then it would be the shit.

Neither is sake, since it's probably half sugar.
