Shits not good.

Had a guy pull a gun on me and then two large cans of mace. The gun turned out to be a bb gun. He wouldn't get close enough for me to beat him with it. His time will come.

this was just a friend fucking around with me, we were playing pool and i turn around and he has my 9mm pointed at me with his finger on the trigger like a dumbass and fucks around by telling me i was cheating. i yelled at him, took the gun and hit him with the knucks in the shoulder

no they wont. in fact they'll give you the belt and buckle back after your assault trial.
