That memorial day weekend is going to be REAL RUFF!!!

Spoke to Vickie about it...

She has 30 of the 42 rooms booked including the rooms we want. She's going to call and check to see if that group is still going to book those rooms. But it's only been a week since they held those rooms and 10 rooms have already been held with a credit card.

She said all of the places around there are going to be booked bad that weekend.

I think we are going to need a different weekend.

I do too, holiday weekends are bad, we want less traffic, not more.

Excellent points, weekends are bad as it is throw in a holiday weekend, plus peoples personal obligations.

I think that any holiday weekend should be a NO GO...

too much traffic
too many cops
hard to book rooms

We need to nail down more percise dates...
