They fit me perfectly. I bought them over the winter to replace some old boots. I'm jumping ship and moving to dual sport riding so I don't need them any more.

I wear a size 10.

A 44 is a 10-10.5 US.

Right but I was just wondering what size shoe he normally wore since not all manufacturer's Euro/US conversions seem to be the same.

I have some 44's that fit from one manufacturer but had to get 45's from another because their 44 was too tight.

I've never tried on Sidi and didn't know if these fit him and if not were they too big or too small.
