i saw on an episode of home improvement that u can use a potatoe... and that ur supposed to hit the breaker before u ever mess with electricity dumb ass.

And people laugh at me when I tell them, yes indeed I have gone on service calls to change light bulbs - especially for "tall" fixtures or recessed can lights in high ceilings...

A friend of my wife just built a house with vaulted ceilings. I walked in and my first thought was "how the hell are they going to change lightbulbs and clean out cobwebs?"

Turns out, they don't know either cuz they didn't think that far ahead
