Something i just picked up from their facebook too, I hadn't seen anything else with this info.

Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset SMH10 SMH10 v4.0 is just a firmware, not a device. Sena is supposed to release firmware first which enables users to download it, and then update the current web page accordingly along with it. In April, Sena is supposed to release a SMH10 2012 Edition with some enhancements in hardware as well.
